Vom Funken einer Idee über die Visualisierung hin zur Realisierung, der Kreativität seien keine Grenzen gesetzt! Als Freiberufler mit abgeschlossenem Studium an der Kunstakademie Maastricht arbeitet Marta Bala seit 3 Jahren mit Leidenschaft in Berlin. Auf anspruchsvolle und überraschende Art verbindet sie Tradition mit Zeitgeist und garantiert mit einem subtilen Gespür für Design überzeugende Ergebnisse. Ihre Live-Visuals und interaktive Installationen entstehen mit viel Herz und Kreativität in kompletter Eigenproduktioin. Sie lassen die Zuschauer in tiefe, sehr persönliche Bilderwelten eintauchen und daran teilhaben.

curly code preview

at yesterday’s share event, pixel noizz presented his standalone curly code pre application. with a graphic tablet and a midi controller freehand illustrations and patterns can be created in real-time in 3d space. unlike generative visual patterns, curly code is really responsive due to the full control via the human interface devices. the aestetics reach from simple lines, to glitchy ribbon like structures, pulsating dots along the vectors and really nice rotation feedback visuals. it’s entertaining to watch and definetly addictive to use. with today’s release of OS 10.6 and QuartzComposer 4 we’re really curious about the future of this great application.

All participants get to design and build their own Arduino project.

What and why?
Arduino boards are small physical computing platforms, consisting of a simple I/O board and an integrated development environment. Arduino’s can be used to develop stand-alone interactive objects or can be connected to software on your computer.
